Mike was an absolute pro. I was a first time home buyer and he took the time to explain everything in detail, and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. He brought us to a handful of homes, didn't rush us, and wasn't a pushy salesman. Mike was kind, respectful, and down to earth. He got us a great deal on our home, and did it in a timely manner. 10/10, Mike is my realtor forever!

I chose Michael to represent us in the sale of our condominium in Irvine, because he was very active in the area. He teamed up with Megan Varga, who is also with Sotheby's. I was impressed with both Michael and Megan in the initial interview. The property was listed, and we were in escrow within a week. Unfortunately, that buyer backed out for reasons unrelated to the condo. We then received several low ball offers. Michael marketed the property very aggressively, holding several open houses, and mass marketing other agents. They both recommended staging the property, but I didn't want to spend the money, since I had already paid for painting and new carpeting. So Michael and Megan paid for the staging, and we immediately had serious offers. We ended up selling to a cash buyer for close to the asking price. Michael took care of every little detail before and during the sale. He even managed the work of the painters, handyman, and cleaners. I would definitely hire him to represent me again, and I highly recommend him to others who are thinking of buying or selling real estate.

Above and beyond!! That is the most accurate description I can give for Michael. He helped us sell our home and purchase our new home with such an amazing amount of knowledge. All encompassing knowledge! He walked us through the entire process with patience. He was laid back where I needed him to be, yet he handled our tough lending experience with professionalism and assertiveness. Michael's response time was always, always immediate. My fiance and I were referred Michael by a good friend who recently purchased a house using him. My friend had told me going into the process that Michael was super responsive and, "made things happen." I am so thankful that we used him. He showed us homes in Costa Mesa, Irvine, Tustin, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo and Aliso Viejo. You could tell that he knew what he was talking about (I'm sure if you're reading this you think you know everything about Real Estate ... just like I did ... you don't). Ask Michael questions, he will teach you a lot. When we found the home we wanted it turned out it had multiple offers. This is where Michael really stood out. He moved so quickly to get the contract written up, signed, sealed, and delivered to the seller that we were able to beat out a full CASH offer!!! Think about that! The seller had an option to take a cash offer or us... because of Michael's effort we got the house. This was reiterated when the seller told us during our final walkthrough, "Michael is what got you guys this house, I've worked with a lot of agents but Michael takes the cake." We are so happy we made the choice to use him. Through the whole process everyone said to my fiancé and I, "I am sure you are stressed," or, "oh man, good luck finding a home in this market." Every time, we would look at each other and shrug our shoulders... Turns out Michael was a big reason why it was so easy.

Michael was excellent throughout the entire process. Acted as great go between coordinating the various pieces necessary to complete a buy/sell transaction. Would absolutely use again with no hesitation.

From our first meeting until our last communication and everything in between Michael was extremely professional, always prepared, thorough and willing to go the extra mile. When I asked questions he was always thoughtful and honest in his responses. I trusted him 100%. When he didn't have an answer to a question his follow up was extremely prompt. He adhered to timelines and kept everyone on schedule, contractors, handymen, stagers, the other realtor, the list goes on and on. I was under a lot of pressure as I was leaving the country and his level of expertise truly put my mind at ease.

Michael is THE VERY BEST, I can't emphasize this enough. My dad and I had been looking for homes for almost two years, and were unimpressed by all the real estate agents that tried to work with us. But when Michael entered the picture, our home-buying experience became one that we actually enjoyed. Even though he is located in Orange County and we were looking for a house in the LA area, he would schedule all of our appointments for us (necessary during COVID) and drive up for every single showing...and we went to A LOT of showings. He also gave us a report after each home we visited so we could compare the stats to homes that had been recently sold in the area. Michael's attitude was always so positive, but he always gave us his 100% honest opinion without sugar coating it, which is exactly what we wanted. He would give us all the pros and cons of every home, bringing up concerns that we never would've considered, which was very valuable because he is so knowledgeable and a very good judge of the true potential of a home. When we finally decided put in our first offer on a home, Michael gave us great advice on how to approach it. He always left the final decision up to us, but his advice was so spot on that we would always follow it. And lo and behold, our offer, the first one we ever made, was accepted! The sellers picked us over another buyer who allegedly was offering more. The rest of the process, escrow, inspections, closing, etc. was a breeze because of Michael. He helped us set up all inspections, and always gave us an accurate tldr on all the long legal documents, even though I'm an attorney and insisted on reading every word. He is a fantastic negotiator and reads people so well, so all of his approaches to every issue were, as I previously mentioned, spot on. Even my dad, who is a super critical Asian parent, was so impressed by Michael's advice that he praised him multiple times. I don't think I've been praised by my dad since I was in elementary school, honestly. Even now, weeks after closing, I'm still texting him with questions and he's always to quick to respond. Michael is an absolute treasure and will always be the agent I go to for my home buying/selling needs.
