Art Heckman is a true professional. We have worked with Art to list and sell 2 of our properties. The first home we listed with Art in the Dover Shores area in Newport Beach, we had previously listed with another broker who listed the property at $3.1M. We did get an offer, but the escrow didn’t work out and we came off the market. When Art took over, he made recommendations on preparing the home and connected us with a great stager that helped emphasize the valuable features and space of our home. We ultimately sold that property for $3,550,000 over $400,000 above the previous list price. We listed our home in Huntington Harbour with Art. It was a unique waterfront property with a large dock and needed significant updates and remodeling.
