Michael truly makes an effort to understand his client preferences and drivers towards getting into a new house. Unlike realtors I dealt in the past, who where only interested on showing houses in a particular area, or where praising every single property visited, Michael is frank enough to share his opinion on whether the property would work for you (no things like: I could see you sitting in this beautiful porch reading a book, even if the property wouldn't meet your requirements on location or features), and walk you through every step of the buying process. After a few showings, Michael was perceptive enough to understand my reactions, so the process became pretty smooth as he was able to show or suggest me properties that I would really want to see.

Buying a house is a very stressful process. Michael was polite, professional, and so informative throughout this entire process.
